Business Registration

To be included in the ORR Business directory, your business must qualify for membership in the OvergroundRR!!®. The primary requirements are:

1. Blacks must own a majority interest in the business.
2. The business must be in compliance with the legal standards applicable to the business.
3. As a condition of membership, the business must commit to binding arbitration in the event of a consumer dispute if the consumer elects to have the dispute arbitrated. The arbitration is at no additional cost to the business or the consumer. It is arranged by the ORR to be conducted by a qualified neutral person. This provision does not apply to banking disputes or torts.
4. Annual dues must be paid.
